I just I don't want I thought I should write to you anyway, on the off-chance you might still like me. Or could possibly like me again in the future, I guess.

Look, I'm not entirely sure what Caleb or Addie have told you. I know Addie's mad at me. I know Caleb was, too. I'm not totally sure, actually, but I'm glad you're not mad. Caleb seemed really worried upset when he got your last letter, and he said it was about me, so. You're right, I'm sure he's just being ridiculous.

Also, I had a really nice time with you. When you were at my place, I mean. Caleb also suggested the other day that he and Addie had been talking and wanted to have a sort of dinner with the four of us, I think? I don't know what they're planning, exactly, but I'd be up for it if you were there if you wanted to do it.

I think it was just Caleb being oversensitive. You probably know much better than I do how he tends to do that. I mean, my letter to him was pretty strongly unusually worded, but there’s nothing to worry about because I’m so over it I basically mentioned you in passing. I don’t know if Caleb said anything to you about exactly what I said in my letter or not, but if he did, just know that I didn’t seriously mean most of it.

Caleb didn't mention much actually. I think he's trying not to interfere again, to be honest. But I am happy you're not mad. He made it seem like I had inadvertantly hurt you, and I'd hate to do that.

I'm glad you had a nice time. I guess either Caleb or Addie will let us both know what they're planning and when, and then we can figure it out.

See, I believe we need to sort out why everyone thinks I would be mad. Because I’m not, obviously, but what’s the premise here? You didn’t have sex with sleep with one girl and then a day or so later nearly kiss blow smoke into the mouth of get touchy with another girl who didn’t know you slept with the other girl at the time, did you? I can see how that might be conducive of some fury anger conflict confusing feelings, but otherwise, I’m not too sure what Caleb is on about. It must be fine, though, if you’re friends with both girls. I'd blame them, really.

Well, yes, I guess that would be the premise. And...you have every right to be mad at me. I was being stupid, and I wasn't trying to hurt you, but I'm really sorry if I did, or if I gave you the wrong impression with anything I did or said. I understand if you're confused or upset or anything in between, and I would understand if you don't want to see me or speak to me again.

If you want me to, I won't come to the dinner they're planning and you three can hang out on your own, that's fine. I don't want things to be awkward for you, and I don't want to make you uncomfortable. Just let me know what you want.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to lead you on. I just kind of It was hard to concentrate on Astraia when I really wasn't thinking straight when you were at my house. If I gave you the wrong impression, I really am sorry. I did enjoy spending time with you, though. I don't want to lose you as a friend either. 

If you're sure, then yeah, I'll come. It'll be nice to see you again. Though, I wouldn't worry so much about third-wheeling Caleb and Addie. He just sent me a letter and he thinks she's mad at him for some reason? I'm going to ask him what he could possibly have said to piss her off, given how much he adores her, but do you have any idea what's going on there? We’re all getting Addie gifts actually means that you and Caleb are getting Addie gifts, to be honest, since I’m saving my gift for her until she and I and Faye hang out to celebrate her birthday the day after the actual day, I believe. I just asked her if there’s anything she’s mad at Caleb about, so I’ll let you know what she says depending on what she says.
