Addie headed down the street of Diagon Alley, humming to herself as she took in the sights of students and parents shopping around for school supplies and little children running eagerly towards their favorite shops and the ice cream parlor. It was a bit misty out, with grey clouds but no rain in sight, thankfully, so she'd thought it'd be a nice day to get out of the house and get some more of her own school shopping done, and maybe catch up with some of her classmates who happened to be hanging around.
Speaking of classmates, she slowed down when she noticed a familiar redheaded figure sitting outside the bookshop on one of their little benches under an umbrella. A smile appeared on her face -- she hadn't seen Hugo Weasley in weeks, and though they had never been best friends, he was still a yearmate and a friend from Hogwarts, a group of people she prized above most others. Deciding she could use a break from school shopping, she walked over to him and sat down without asking permission.
"Hey, Hugo!" she greeted cheerfully when he noticed her. "How've you been? Enjoying your vacation, I hope?"
