hello everyone, i'm pearl! a few of you might recognize me from other places around the interwebs but i am very much a newbie to this forum and to rp-ing in general, so bear with me!

claire is a total cutie pie (disregard the divergent gifs, those are only for shailene's pretty face and because nothing else meets my impossibly high standards for gifs), she's only fourteen, she's super sweet and happy-go-lucky and optimistic, which is in sharp contrast to her twin brother, whom she adores above all else. she comes from a stable home, with an older half-brother who's also a teacher at hogwarts along with his fiancee, both of whom are two of her favorite people in the world. she's very friendly and cheerful and basically the world hasn't had much of a chance to mess her up yet, so you all should take advantage of that and help me come up with fun evil plots for her, yeah?? also her brother's in slytherin so the slytherins in her year probably know her as well as the ravenclaws, because the two are always in each other's common rooms.
so i'm definitely looking for friends as i imagine she has quite a few, not so much enemies yet though if one of your characters has a problem with her on principle, let me know! as for romance, i'm not going to be making my little fourth-year baby having sex (she's very innocent ok) but she definitely has crushes and i'm sure she'd be super delighted to have a date to hogsmeade at some point! also if one of your kids wants to have a crush on her, i think she'd be pretty oblivious to it, which would be fun, so hit me up!

elayna my angel is a sweetie pie in seventh-year, a total puff through and through! she comes from a blended family, with an older half-brother and half-sister whom she grew up with, and she has a complicated relationship with her sister, less complicated with her brother. all this means is she's the youngest and kind of spoiled as a result, as her parents are pretty well-off, but she's pretty sweet, though she can be mean when she wants to be, thanks to her years dealing with her sister. still, she's super friendly and loves to meet new people, and she's a total hopeless romantic, holding out for her fairytale true love. she loves animals and ballet most of all, and she's a total hard-working straight-o student because she knows she's not as naturally gifted in the classroom as other people, so she works twice as hard to be the best she can be. she's got a strong sense of justice (like i said, puff through and through) and doesn't like people who mistreat others or animals, but she's always willing to give people a second chance!
definitely need some friends for her as she's a sweetheart who loves people for the most part; not so much enemies unless you happen to be friends with her sister (who was a slytherin, three years above her, for your reference) or remind her of her sister, and as for romance, she's been on a few dates and had some casual relationships and kissed boys, but she hasn't gone any further (i have her down as bisexual and she'd be totally willing to date a girl or two in the future, but i don't think she's experimented much in the past) and she's not really a hook-up kind of girl, preferring instead to believe in true love and finding the one so she'll probably be holding out for that!

addie is a ball of sunshine and energy for the most part, she's a very happy and carefree person except when she doesn't get her away -- and she is used to getting her way. she thrives off attention and will like you if you like her too, but she's also a bit of a drama queen and rather competitive, which has led to her making quite a few enemies along the way. she's a good friend to those she likes though, very loyal and optimistic, and she's definitely a flirt, but also a commitment-phobe, so she's not really into anything serious right now. but she does enjoy flirting, making out, even casual sex if that's how you roll, and gender doesn't matter much to her as long as you're giving her attention. she also likes just hanging out and having fun, partying, studying, what have you -- though she might rub someone the wrong way (and don't expect her to apologize for it), she's quite a fun friend to have for the most part.
i'm looking for friends, definitely a few frenemies/enemies, and a few past or future flings with boys or girls alike. like i said, she's not looking for anything serious, but i'd love to rp to figure out chemistry! let me know what your characters are looking for :)

so leo my darling is just your stereotypical gryffindor golden boy, very popular (who wouldn't be, if they looked like grant gustin?) and charming and also very reckless and daring, as gryffindors tend to be. he's always up for a challenge and never backs down from a dare, he's supremely loyal, which comes from basically having to take care of his siblings since they were very young (his parents are adventurers, he has a younger sister and brother, so he's pretty overprotective and loves them more than anyone else). he's a pretty chill guy, he does stupid things to make other people laugh, he likes his friends and family best of all. he's pretty impulsive, like i said, makes some stupid decisions but overall he's got a pretty level head. oh and he's an artist but he's kind of kept that on the downlow so his casual friends don't really know about that, they mostly know him as the cool funny honeydukes guy!
looking for friends for him, possibly enemies if you want though unlike addie, i can't imagine him pissing too many people off (maybe a few slytherins, with some off-color pranks?), and definitely flings and romance plots! he's got a few in the works already, and he says he's straight but i'm sure a sufficiently pretty boy could distract him from that!

julian here is very unlike my other sunshine angels up there; he's quiet, reserved, and basically an antisocial loner. he's got a best friend in caleb blackwood (sixth year, hufflepuff), and in his mind, that's all he really needs. he grew up with a single mom and a deadbeat dad in a pretty quiet home, so he's used to being mostly by himself and doesn't mind it much. he loves his mother more than anything, with caleb a close second, and (with the exception of certain pretty girls in his year) he doesn't really care about anyone else. he's still filled with resentment towards his unknown father for up and leaving them and breaking his mother's heart before he was born, but he doesn't really share that part of his family history to anyone other than caleb. i can't imagine he's endeared himself to other students much over the years, given his tendencies of either ignoring them or intimidating them when they try to approach him, and he doesn't care what most people think of, so it works out, as far as he's concerned.
with that in mind, he's not going to have very many friends, although if you think you have a character he might tolerate, i wouldn't mind! he definitely needs some people to talk to who aren't caleb or caleb's friends. as for enemies i'm sure most people in his year/house dislike him, so let me know if your character does. and for romance, he's pretty booked up with a silly little crush and girl problems, and he has a fairly low opinion of the rest of his classmates, girls included, so he probably would side-eye anyone who tried to flirt with him that he didn't like. however, if you've got a fun plot for him here, i'd consider it -- i know how real the dylan o'brien thirst can be!
