You could say that Lysander was into Care of Magical Creatures. A little bit maybe. Maybe not really at all. (He would have been so into it I can't do this anymore he'd have lived and breathed it. His NEWT results were all Ts apart from his O in COMC. He was probably a massive pain in the arse most of the time in class to be honest, because if it's an animal he knew anything about - and when he knows something he knows everything - he'd have been incapable of keeping quiet if she didn't say something about it that he knew. On the flipside of that, he'd have been super enthusiastic if he didn't know about what they were studying, and would have quizzed her relentlessly, and probably come up to her at the staff table and stuff to ask her questions that occurred to him while he wasn't in class. Also she'd probably be the only person who was even slightly interested in his endless babbling about new things he'd found out about various creatures, which meant when he needed to talk anything over he'd have come to her I'm pretty sure. I do apologise for him. He's very much an all-or-nothing kind of guy, and if you've got the all he's difficult to get rid of.)

Nah that's alright it's probably a two-way street tbh! Lysander would notice him in the capacity of Roxanne's boyfriend, since Roxanne was in both his year and house, but probably not beyond that I'm afraid. One-track mind, you know.

JACK+TOM : tom will be coming to clean at hogwarts soon and he'll be a complete grump. i guess we'll see how well they interact together, but i'm feeling that tom will probably have some sort of grudging respect for jack

In all honesty Chloe probably projects a lot of the maternal instinct she has onto Damien, since that's not the kind of relationship she has with Seb and Scorpius would never ever let her try to "mum" him in any way (brushing his hair off his face, telling him off for bad manners etc) - I expect Damien just ignores her 95% of the time, but she'll persist! She's very open with her love for her cousins so if Damien wanted to spend time with her she'd love that, but she's also not going to hassle him into doing so, she'd feel awkward about that. I think she'll probably be able to tease him right back if he tries to wind her up - Scorpius just crawls right under her skin and she can never think of anything funny to say back which is why she gets doubly pissed off, but I think she's just generally less intimidated by Damien so she'd be able to give it back to him, haha. She'd always be there to listen to him if he wanted to talk about his break-up at all, and she'd hope he knows that she'd never ever be teasing or flip about it and would actually be a pretty good person to come to, but she'd understand if he thinks she's not serious enough for that...

That sounds perfect to me, and basically everything you said about Roxanne applies to Chloe! Like they're not going to be owling or calling each other every week, but they keep up with each other's news and get along like a house on fire when they're hanging out in a group.

Yes I always imagined the pureblood kids running quite a tight little circle - maybe before school started, and during the holidays and such? Since they might get thrown together by their parents a lot. So yes this sounds great to me - they hang out if they're at an event together and can chat and like each other fine, and they might catch up over coffee if they find themselves in the same city, but apart from that I doubt they interact much...

Oh darling Charles - I adore him so much and his family would be so, so supportive of him if he'd let them in But I understand why he doesn't. Unfortunately Jack will probably be really flippant and pissed off with him for just up and vanishing for a year without telling any of them where he was, but I also don't think it would take him long to clock that something other than Charles just being irresponsible was up. Would Charles ever be willing to tell Jack? Because honestly he'd be so great if he did. I think what I really love about these two is that they have the most laddish relationship ever and they're massive kids but genuinely if Charles had any problem this serious Jack would sit with him for weeks to talk it through and try to help him figure it all out. Regardless please let's thread them soon!

If she's got a good sense of humour Jack loves her already! Honestly his recipe for a mate is just anybody that doesn't take themselves too seriously, that's a class act right there. She's a fellow Gryffindor so like Emily he'll be sort of shuffling her into his "pack" (which does not exist because he is not cool enough but he can dream) and he might come to her for help with students from time to time, if they've got problems he can't puzzle through himself. ALSO I don't think there are many people on the Hogwarts staff with kids, and I mean Jack doesn't have his own but he's got Lissie, and I think that adds another dimension to a person, you know? So he'll definitely be badgering Norah for baby photos and news of her son and also probably quietly asking her for advice when he feels really out of his depth, since she's a proper parent and he has no clue what he's doing really, although they're muddling through.

I think we had them as pretty good friends since Roxanne is pretty calm and not too threatening, most of the time. Roxanne and Lorcan are very good friends, and Roxanne loves to torment Lorcan, but I think she'd be easy going with Ly. Like the two have existed simultaneously in the same space without feeling the need to create conversation, but instead exist in their own separate worlds without feeling lonely? If that makes sense. She probably drags him for ice cream every now and then and plugs him for information about his job because she loves him.

Rox x Molly

Rox loves all of her cousins without a doubt. She's probably a little disappointed in Molly over the whole Teddy thing, but she considers it in the past, and between Molly, Teddy, and Vic to sort through now. She wouldn't take sides, but try to remind everyone that they're family. If Molly needed her, she'd be there in a heart beat.

Olivia x Jack

While she's not done yet, I'm still throwing this out here because they're snark off's will be amazing. Just saying. She's not evil, but very assertive, and she has a tongue like a dragon. She's highly protective of her Slytherins and very critical of most Gryffindors (though she does admittedly hold a soft spot for children of the people who fought in the war because she fought in it herself. Btw, she's also Kingsley's niece and long distantly related to the Angeleseys. She also has two children in Hogwarts, and if she felt that Jack was treating either unfairly, she'd crucify him without hesitation - though i highly doubt he would; Jack's a good guy. Oh, and she teaches potions - and, while she may be a bit of a hard ass, she'd definitely look out for Lissie; she knows how hard it is to grow up without a parent.

jack will definitely make an effort to include tobias if he can, since he knows it can be tricky coming into a group that knows each other really well! but around the other staff he does tend to be pretty easily distracted since he's got so many close mates so he'd be like "hey hey come talk to us come sit with us" but then aislinn or izzie will mention some in-joke or something and he'll be off roaring with laughter. but he will try really hard to keep tobias included - if tobias doesn't like him that's fine!! i'm not sure they'd be really close friends or anything but friendly colleagues i think would be perfect!

yeah they are! i fucked lara's age up in my app, she's fifteen (so going into fifth year) and so they would be sharing a dorm. i mean lara is equally quiet, so it just depends whether vivi would ever have approached her? lara doesn't approach anybody ever and pretty much doesn't engage in conversation apart from when it's like something about class, so i'm not sure how much vivi would like her. she is hopefully going to open up a little this year, so maybe they can become sort of tentative friends later on?

yeah i think they'd have been really close before! molly unfortunately does not have lysander's ease of forgiveness, and i think would have been pretty pissed off at bri for pushing her away, especially since molly was dealing with her own shit vis-a-vis teddy and her parents and everything at the time. HOWEVER molly misses her a lot and if brianna was willing to try to make up then molly would definitely be up for that!!

hii! i've been meaning to post for a while but i hadn't gotten around to it because i'm lame

JACK/DAVID: well, jack taught david for a couple of years, and now david's living with rupert, and david absolutely aced all of his classes in school. he probably thinks jack's a pretty cool guy and was always very respectful towards him, even though he may have come out with some weird stuff during lessons when he got bored!

JACK/DOMINIQUE: dominique basically spent her entire school career acting like she didn't give a stuff what any of the teachers thought but she secretly adores jack and thinks he's great!! she probably tried to convince him to come out with everyone and get hammered the night they graduated and even though she was always causing trouble i'd say she'd joke around with him in the corridors back when she was at school. and if she ever saw him nowadays she'd probably try and bully him into coming to one of her matches - if she gets to play in one, seeing as she's a reserve!

JACK/DANNI: bet you danni's got a massive crush on jack. she's probably had a thing for him for years, because he's gorgeous, but she's totally aware he's off limits so she's probably fine around him, just extra-sweet! and the fact that he used to work with dragons is so cool to her, she'd probably hover at the end of class and wonder if she should ask him about it and then lose her nerve. but she's absolutely terrible at defence and she really thinks he thinks she's an idiot! she'd probably get a bit flustered in a few of the lessons as well and end up being all "i'm sorry for being so goddamn dumb!"

JACK/SEB&FAYE: lumping these two together because they're the least likely to have anything to do with him - seb was fantastic at defence but i bet he'd be a real nuisance in class!! like, he wasn't usually disruptive or anything but he'd just be himself and that's enough. unless jack found him amusing, i'd say he was dead annoying! and faye doesn't really try in her classes, she just scrapes by, and she probably doesn't have much of an opinion of jack. just a "yeah, he's cool" kind of thing.

CHLOE/SEB: babies. even though seb probably wouldn't say it, he considers chloe his best mate, and she's his absolute favourite girl. he's protective of her to the point of ridiculousness in terms of her love life - but that's mainly because he probably gets a bit jealous. he doesn't like thinking that he's not the number one guy in chloe's life!! and yeah he just loves herrrr

CHLOE/DOMINIQUE: really tight mates, despite their differences! obviously dom will be rude and brash and insult chloe whenever she wants to but she is quite protective over her to the extent that she knows chloe's terribly naive. in some ways, she kind of thinks chloe needs to lose her naivety, but mostly, she's happy to have chloe stay the way she is. and she's glad she's not the last virgin standing from their year at school!

CHLOE/DANNI: both gryffindors, both one year apart, casual friends, perhaps? danni thinks that seb is kind of gross (handsome, but gross) but she wouldn't really go out of her way to dislike him, but she'd think chloe was fairly fab!

CHLOE/WILL: i'm not sure if they'd have known each other? will thought seb was a bit of a plonker and he's a bit rough and bad-boyish, of course, but if he ever ran into chloe he'd probably think she was cute and hilarious and end up laughing his head off.

CHLOE/DAVID: longshot, but they may know each other vaguely!! david has mates coming out of his ears, and seeing as he works in mungo's, as well, he meets a lot of people. he'd like her for definite if he met her - he likes most people!!

LARA/WILL: babies. our actual kids. hopefully they're going to patch things up and will can bring her back into his life a bit more and they can get closer and u g h i love them so much. will loves lara very dearly but he's unsure how to act around he and she's so delicate and he's so wild and he's quite scared of hurting her again. but he really thinks she's great - he thinks she's beautiful and intelligent and he worries that she doesn't have any friends.

LARA/FAYE: these two are the closest in age and i know they probably wouldn't know each other but i just wanted someone to offer for lara because i love her so much!! faye would think she was a bit odd, but not be ruffled by lara not talking because she likes it when people don't just talk to fill silences. and she wouldn't quite have the heart to be mega sarky to lara.

LARA/DAVID: just if she ever ends up in mungo's or something, david would be positively lovely to her and wouldn't even notice that much that she was quiet. well, like, he'd notice, but it wouldn't deter him. i know this is a massive longshot, but i love lara so much

LYSANDER/DOMINIQUE: dom will punch him on the arm and insult him and roll her eyes at him and shake her head at him but she does like lysander a ridiculous amount and she thinks he's great and she'd probably try and force him into going on mad adventures with her or turn up at his doorstep and demand they do something because she's bored. she's protective of him as well, and even though she'll probably give off to him for being so pathetic around girls (and she probably tries to wind him up by batting her eyelashes at him every now and then) if she saw him getting flustered around another girl she'd probably grab him and insist that he's her scamander. she's such a loon i'm sorry

LYSANDER/SEB: probably didn't notice the other existed, really!! seb's very matey with lorcan and i'm sure at the back of his mind he knows that lorcan has a twin but i don't think he's ever quite grasped the existence of lysander. god he's such a dick.

LYSANDER/DANNI: longshot again, but they're both very into magical creatures (well, danni is into any and every animal, but magical creatures in particular and especially dragons) so danni may have heard about that through the grapevine and sidled up one day to him and probably started throwing questions at him and flustering him!! she has no filter either so she'd just say whatever came to her head. but she went out with lorcan for a while (in like fourth year) and he cheated on her and even though she knows it's been ages and she's not mad at lorcan still and she doesn't fancy him anymore, she wouldn't want lysander to recognize her in case lorcan had said something about her to lysander. she's ridiculously self-conscious like that.

LYSANDER/DAVID: david's friends with lorcan and when he first became friendly with lorcan he probably mixed them up every now and again but then got used to it. and he may know lysander if lysander ever ends up in mungo's!!

LYSANDER/FAYE: probably wouldn't know each other, but she's friendly with lorcan, and lorcan was her very first kiss/snog. she'd probably be a bit sarcastic and dry and grumpy but not mean.

i'm going to do molly too though she's not up there hope that's a-okay!!

MOLLY/DOMINIQUE: cousins, i think they got along quite well? i can't imagine why they wouldn't!! dom doesn't really care about the whole molly-teddy-victoire fiasco thing - like, i'm pretty sure she was the one who informed victoire of it (i'll chat to bay because i can't remember!) but she mostly did that just because she felt that everybody else knew and even though she's tough she wouldn't be able to let her sister come home and find out too late and be all embarrassed or whatever. but she didn't care about them actually shagging, she just wanted victoire to not get terribly embarrassed! so molly may have been irritated with her about that, but that may have passed by now? and dom's probably a bit worried about the whole family situation and then she'd make a point to see molly more, although she wouldn't be fussy and overly-sensitive because she doesn't even know how to do that. she'd just be like "hey loser, let's hang".

MOLLY/SEB: lost their virginities to each other, still flirtatious on the surface but i'd say they're just matey now?? i think seb properly adores molly and won't hear a word against her! he thinks she's fab and, of course, stunning. and hilarious. he probably laughs a lot when he's with her.

MOLLY/DANNI: mayyy know each other casually? they'd probably get along, danni's (generally) good at getting along with people, if you don't mind a bit of shallow and quite a lot of bluntness! she doesn't mean to say exactly what she thinks - it just sort of happens! she probably admires molly a ton for being so cool about sex because danni's so very nervous about it and she thinks she shouldn't be, now that she's seventeen, but she can't help it. she probably wishes she was more like molly too - she desperately wants to be all cheerful and bouncy but she doesn't know how.

MOLLY/DAVID: may have ran into each other at some point? if she flirted with him i think he'd be slightly confused ("why is a pretty girl flirting with me" "i don't think i'm wearing a clean shirt" "i have cat hair all over me") but he'd cheerfully go along with it and think she was a riot to have around!

LETHA/DANNI: danni's in the same house, one year above, and they'd probably get along in the sense that they could laugh and chat and have a giggle, maybe? but i don't think they'd be particularly close or whatever - and letha may not be a fan of danni at all, so whatever works!

LETHA/SEB: well, she's scorchingly hot so seb would totally flirt with her. and she's sixteen, so he'd have no reservations about having a snog with her now, if she was up for it! plus, if she's matey with ainsley, then seb probably has a good opinion of her because he trusts ainsley's judgement most highly.

ly's used to being muddled with lorcan, it's okay! he's so used to it now. but yes omg i think lysander probably ought to have a loyalty card to st mungo's. he'll bring david cool stuff to show him and ask after his cats because any creature is better than no creature even if it's as mundane as a cat. lysander is pretty sheepish about coming back if he's lumped with a healer who's had to deal with him a lot before (they always make him promise not to come back for a while) but i think he'd actually look forward to seeing david because he knows david won't be exasperated

LYSANDER AND FAYE

lysander's friends with dom, a bit of grumpiness really isn't going to faze him! he'll be just as distractedly pleasant to faye as he is to any of lorcan's friends, but i'm afraid probably wouldn't pay her much more attention than that, i'm really sorry!

MOLLY AND DOMINIQUE

yeah molly likes dom a lot! and no omg she doesn't hold it against dom at all - she actually figured somebody would tell vic much quicker than anybody actually did in the end, and she knows dom will have done it because she was looking out for her sister not maliciousness or anything. molly would really appreciate that kind of bluntness, actually - she's basically trying to pretend she's totally fine and dandy and nothing's gone wrong at home at all, so somebody who wanted to chill instead of be all quietly sympathetic/pitying would be right up her street!

MOLLY AND SEB

yeah omg just great mates, totally have each other's backs, probably act as each other's wingmen on a night out!! i imagine they flirt themselves senseless but yeah just completely on the surface, underneath they're just fab friends -- molly does the same with seb omg she thinks he's hilarious

MOLLY AND DANNI

shallow is practically molly's watchword, so she'll adore danni if she gets to know her! danni is such an angel bless. i mean i can't see them necessarily knowing each other, but maybe we could cook up a situation where they do become friends? molly can't imagine anybody looking up to her at all but she'd really really happily offer danni any advice she asked for

every time i post about david i say this but I LOVE DAVID OKAY. she'd certainly flirt with him (those eyes honey) but probably just end up finding him really funny and want to set up a camera to follow him around and see what kind of weird shit happens during his day because she thinks that would be excellent viewing fun

LETHA AND FAYE

yeah letha and ainsley are dormmates and get along well, although you'd probably think they hated each other if you didn't know either of them better! letha is definitely attention-seeking, that's a totally fair call on faye's part ahaha. letha is also smart at reading people though so she'd definitely clock that she irritated faye, and would up the behaviour she knew annoyed faye most when around her just to try to provoke a reaction, ahaha. if ainsley told her to cool it, she would, though, because she does try her best to please her friends, and sniping at faye wouldn't be worth really annoying ainsley!! in turn she's not much on board with grumpiness - she thinks it ruins the opportunity to have a perfectly good time - so i think she and faye would probably just really rile each other up ahaha

LETHA AND DANNI

so long as danni never got in her way, letha wouldn't mind her at all! letha's basically out to have a marvellous fucking time so if danni aided and abetted her in any fashion in her quest she'd hold a high opinion of her. also she would defer to her/tone her behaviour down somewhat since danni is slightly older than her, so maybe danni might like her more haha

LETHA AND SEB

letha unfortunately probably doesn't have the highest opinion of seb in the world - but in return he's extremely handsome and also very well-known, which is always a plus in letha's books! i was going to say she'd definitely be up for a snog with him, but actually i'm not sure? only because i think she would be concerned it would irritate ainsley, and she'd never want to do that if she could help it. i mean if she was drunk some time and he came onto her she'd definitely go for it then, but otherwise she'd hold back i think for the sake of her friendship...

i don't have much to add bc i agree with everything you wrote in your last post to me. emily loves people who are enthusiastic about her subject tbh, and she's not even that bothered by students who know more than her in certain areas. she'd be more than happy to talk to lysander about any aspect he wanted to talk about though!

for letha though:

RICKY&LETHA: they'd know each other, i think, if not terribly well. letha's 6th year, right? so ricky is two years older, but was only one year above her for the last couple of years... i doubt that they'd have done much together, but they're quite similar in terms of loudness and recklessness. ricky is also out to have a good time, so if they met they might get on pretty well?

LILY&LETHA: these guys are the same age but lily would avoid letha as hard as she possibly could haha. letha would terrify her, and she'd be fully aware that letha would probably think her extremely boring. they probably wouldn't really cross each other's paths except in lessons though...

LOUIS&LETHA: i have absolutely no idea how/if these two would interact, they're one year apart and different houses. i think he'd like her sense of fun and appreciate her mission to have as much fun as possible, so.

idt any of my others would know her...
