If you're sending Lee off to a film with Felicity in tow, do you think he'd mind Noah ambling along?
I was going to send him to his father's, but I think a film may do him better; he hates being sent off to his father's, for some reason.
How about 9, and somewhere other than the Leaky? Any suggestions, I'll take them.

I meant that I would never leave my baby with Ricky unless my life depended on it. Kidding., sort of. But, Ricky has moved out and I'm going through empty nest syndrome.

Noah is more than welcome to come along. Send him over whenever; he and Felicity can hang out until Lee is ready to bring them. Have you talked to him about his issues with going to his father's house?

9 is perfect - it'll give me a chance to shower and change! I know it's shady, but let's go to the little pub in Knockturn Alley tonight. I think they have 2-for-1 drink specials tonight and I am feeling cheap.

Ricky is good with younger kids - honestly. Or at least what I saw of her interacting with the younger ones in the halls the last few years. I think
You'll survive. I promise. When Lani told me she was moving out I wanted to chain her in her room, but somehow I survived. Once both Niama and Noah are gone, I may be singing a different song, but for right now, you'll survive.

Great. I'll let him know. That is if I can get him to come out of his room. I forgot what it was like to be around teenage boys. All they do is eat, sleep, and merlin knows what else, in their bedrooms. Matter of fact, I'm pretty certain that I don't want to know. I've tried to talk to him, but he's a lot more like me than i'd like to admit. He plays things close to the vest; doesn't let many people in.

2-for-1 drink special, sure you want to go that route again? Last time we went that route you ended up demanding that the barmaid comeback to the Tamrisk and let you show her how to make, in your words, "a good fucking cake." Let me shower, and i'll meet you at your house, we can walk from there?

That was probably because I told her I would kick her arse in front of her friends if she didn't behave in school.

Chaining Lani in her room would have been a bit extreme, but it's actually a good idea. I wish I had thought of it before Ricky moved out. I don't believe you that I'll be alright. I haven't seen her in weeks.

Okay, maybe I'm glad I didn't have boys. My girls are enough trouble - not knowing what they're up to. This conversation needs to end; too many things coming to mind. Yes, I've noticed that about Noah. Maybe he'll open up to Lee someday.
