there will be no fancy coding or correct capitalisation here, only cunning plans and evil plots.
i will be adding to this as i make new characters. please post with old and new plots (unless we've already discussed it elsewhere). pm me for the really good ones, secrecy is my favourite.
so without further ado i present:
LOUIS CHARLES WEASLEY
17, hufflepuff, bisexual (and out), just finished his sixth year. louis is a bit of an idiot, but a very nice one. he likes everyone unless they give him reason not to, and he tends to forgive too easily. he likes chilling out, eating food, getting drunk, playing pranks and kissing people, not necessarily all at the same time. he also loves anything muggle as much as his grandfather does, and muggle studies is his only guaranteed o at newts. he's a prefect (god and the professors know why) and plays beater on the quidditch team. he gives good hugs. oh, and he's single and very much ready to mingle, but i don't want serious relationships right now. looking for flings, friendships, or anything else you can think of, though i doubt he has many real enemiesunless you're sebastian nott.
LILY LUNA POTTER
16, ravenclaw, heterosexual, just finished fifth year. lily is my little dreamer of a book worm. she's still a bit shy and quiet but is getting a lot more confident than she used to be. she'll chat happily to most people, but she's unlikely to make the first approach, and she'll probably seem very over serious until you get to know her. there's a lot going on in her head under the surface, and she has a lot of decided opinions she doesn't talk about much, and a stubborn streak. she is also a prefect (for more obvious reasons than louis). she's never been drunk and never been kissed, and i'm not looking for romance plots for her right now, though that may change in the future. she doesn't have a large group of close friends, but i'd be up for a few more, and also more casual friends.
SCORPIUS HYPERION MALFOY
18, ex-slytherin, reserve player for puddlemere united, heterosexual. scorpius is a cynical sarcastic bastard on the outside and a cynical sarcastic bastard on the inside. having said that, he would do just about anything for the people he loves, and can also be a pretty fun guy to hang out with, if he's in a good mood. if he's in a bad mood, chances are he'll avoid you anyway (and if you do try to talk to him, he'll be thoroughly nasty). he is an expert at hiding his emotions (though he has a few buttons that, if pushed, result in explosions) and enjoys winding people up. it's really amazing that anyone likes him at all. he is very much a taken man as far as romance goes, though past flings are always welcome (must be pre-fifth year though). also friends, though he only lets a few people close and he has his best friends. he probably has numerous enemies though.
JAKE NATHANIEL GULLANE
21, ex-ravenclaw, barman at the three broomsticks, heterosexual. jake is a muggleborn from a fairly poor family, who dropped out of hogwarts (despite his good grades) after fifth year. he's a very clever forger and con-artist and can't quite resist breaking laws, which landed him in azkaban for a year when he was eighteen. he's a good guy at heart though, with quite a strict set of morals considering that he's a thief and a liar. he loves his friends and is generally a kind and friendly guy who takes life as it comes. he's razor-sharp under it though, and always on the look-out for an opportunity. he also has a four-year-old daughter, skye, whom he adores, with a muggle girl. he's fairly plotted up right now, but friends and enemies (although he has his best friends already), or past flings (he doesn't do commitment) would be fine.
EMILY KAY MARSDON
24, ex-gryffindor, care of magical creatures professor, pansexual (but in a het relationship). emily is almost twenty five (when calculating her hogwarts year, count her as twenty five), and has taught at hogwarts for about two-and-a-half years. at school she was a wild-child and general rule-breaker, loud and friendly and forever pulling stupid pranks and landing in detention. she went abroad for a few years after school before coming back to teach. she is engaged to digger powell so completely off the market for current/future romance, but past relationships are possible (with any gender). nothing long term or serious though, and her dating windows are either pre-middle-of-fifth-year or between age eighteen and age twenty two (when she was mostly abroad, so your character would need to have been abroad too). friends and enemies are welcome!
ERICA FAITH JORDAN
18, ex-gryffindor, nightclub bartender/waitress at the tamarisk tree, heterosexual. erica, known as ricky, is a lively, bubbly girl who just finished hogwarts, although she never completed her seventh year (she was held back a year due to illness; previous to fifth year, she would have been in the appropriate year for her age, after that in the year below). she's a bit of a force of nature and very free with her affection, and loves her friends and family deeply. she has more friends than enemies, though she can be thoughtless and give offence that way. i'm not looking to settle her down romantically immediately, but would be up for casual plots of that nature. friends will need to be prepared for much loud loving.
SETH NICHOLAS COLEMAN WISHART
19, ex-gryffindor, theatre technician and musician, heterosexual. seth is a muggleborn from a wealthy background, and his father is a well known theatre director and playwright. he's a bit of a party-boy and likes being in the centre of things, and frequently makes a fool of himself while under the influence. underneath that he's kind, thoughtful, and a good friend. he's very relaxed about most social situations but gets very awkward when it comes to things of a romantic nature. he is a talented musician (guitar, piano and vocals) and is trying to make a living that way, but works the lights in a theatre to pay his bills. his closest friends at the moment are james potter and fred weasley, who he also lives with, and he is currently dating rose weasley. other friends and enemies are welcome. he doesn't have much in the way of romantic history before rose, but i'm open to suggestions.

22, ex-slytherin, editor and owner of satirical newspaper veritaserum, pansexual. known to everyone but her parents as zanna, she likes to present herself as a cold, cynical bitch, but she's not really as bad as she pretends. how she reacts to people depends very much on her mood, which is unpredictable. she can be anything from warm and chatty to heartlessly ruthless, depending on how she feels at any given moment. she's pretty good at discerning who a) can take what she dishes out, and b) deserves it. basically, if you deserve it, you'll get it whether you can take it or not, and if you can take it, you'll get it whether you deserve it or not. she's probably made a few enemies, but if you get her on your side, there's nobody more loyal. lovers-wise, she's had relationships and one-night-stands, but has yet to give her heart away. having loads of sex is not really a priority for her - again, it depends on her mood whether she's up for anything.
MADELEINE RUTH ASHCROFT
14, ravenclaw, uncertain sexuality, just finished third year. maddy, my baby-who-is-not-quite-a-baby-any-more, is a muggleborn with a razor-sharp brain and a lot of curiosity. she wants to know about everything, and is a bit (okay, a lot) of a chatterbox. she treads a happy middle line, in that she's not overly rebellious, but she does like having fun and pushing boundaries, and doesn't care toooo much about getting into trouble for that. she's had a bit of a sheltered upbringing in many ways, but she hates being the innocent one, and her natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge means she wants to try everything she possibly can. she likes making friends, is genuinely interested in everyone, and has a motherly streak (being the oldest of four kids), but some people might find her slightly overwhelming in her talkativeness. she's never had anything approaching a romantic experience, and isn't quite sure what her sexuality is, though she knows for certain that it's not straight.

27, ex-gryffindor, employee of the department for magical law enforcement, heterosexual. jethro is a wealthy pureblood who doesn't share his family's traditional pureblood views. he's a friendly, talkative guy who's always up for a laugh, but skilfully covers up what he's really thinking and feeling by making a joke out of everything. he's had a very rocky past - his father (whom he adored) was killed when he was twelve, and he went severely off the rails for 2-3 years, then got involved in an emotionally abusive relationship with an older girl. he's got a violent temper that he keeps under control these days, but which got him into a lot of fights and trouble when he was younger. he got himself a reputation for that, which is probably what you know about if you only knew him vaguely at school. however, he would have had a few friends from first year (when he was friendly, outgoing and generous) who probably stuck by him, and he did get his act together from about fifth year onwards. he also had numerous flirtations and flings between the age of about 17 and 24, so i'm open to past plots there, although he is now very much taken.
