this lady here is the sister to my scruffy cat-lover david! she's just finished hogwarts, having spent her time there as a ravenclaw, and i imagine her as quite a force to be reckoned with. on the surface, she comes across as very different from her brother - while he's scruffy, she's usually incredibly well put together, and while he radiates warmth and friendliness, she can come across as quite cold, and has a more pronounced nastier side than he does. she's changed rather a lot in the past few years - she was one of the plainest-looking girls you'd come across, and sort of emanated childishness, too, but her long, awkward limbs have become elegant and she's grown into her ears and nose and now she's positively striking, and she works well with it. she's terribly clever, perhaps even cleverer than david, but i imagine her as totally uninterested in jobs such as the ministry or in healing, and probably wants to do something a bit more creative and adventurous. it's up to you, though! and although nowadays she oozes confidence and coldness and sex appeal, underneath she can be very similar to david. she has the same sense dark sense of humour, although instead of being self-deprecating she can tend to make other people feel uncomfortable and david often has to tell her to put her claws away because she can purposefully wind people up a lot of the time. she's got a mischievous streak, though, and she's actually a lot of fun to have around, although she tends to act like she's superior to other people (the truth is she's terribly insecure). when she was younger, she'd always convinced herself that none of the boys in her year would ever see her romantically, and so just remained friends with a lot of them, developing crushes on almost every one but holding herself back because she was convinced they would laugh in her face, until the end of fifth year, when she started realising that she was developing and threw herself into working up her confidence and throwing away her childishness. nowadays, she's very much into have friends-with-benefits and one-night stands and she just likes flirting in general and she doesn't see a problem with that in the slightest. this has turned into a lot of ramble, but anyways! i'd love for her to be played! she's very into her family, too, and loves her brother, david, and her cousins a whole lot, although she's slightly jealous of david, even though he doesn't realise. she and david act like mates more than brother and sister - she'll tell him to get laid all of the time and he's perfectly fine with her sleeping with a lot of different guys, even though he wouldn't want any detail! and every now and then i'd say she'd write him and order him to come out and get fucked with her. wOW THIS HAS GOTTEN REALLY LONG. anyways, she's never really come over to his flat before because she doesn't want to run into his friends whom she's convinced will either have completely forgotten her or just remember her as childish and awkward, but i'd love for her to get more involved in david's life and march over to his flat and make him come out and get hammered and order him to get laid!! god i talk so much anyways the preferred face-claim is the lovely lady up there by the name of CARA DELEVIGNE. also i'd say eleanor is the one person who david will trust despite his cats hating her. she insists she's allergic (she's not) and despises them. another reason she's never been over at the flat (unfortunately he takes them home for christmas. bastard).

this gorgeous fellow is none other than the half-brother of will and lara archer!! the parker-archers have a very long and complicated family history which i won't start chatting too much about here because once i start talking about the archers i can't stop. but anyways, josh is the eldest of the three kids, and he spent most of his childhood without a dad, as his took off while his mother, ruth, was pregnant. josh has ruth's surname, parker, and the two are very, very close, always have been. josh looks up to his mother an awful lot because she's worked so very hard to make him happy and he's one of the only people who understands her - many assume her to be snooty and uppity and a complete ice-princess, but he understands his mother has a mask she needs to wear in order to feel comfortable, and while she may never be overly affectionate she has always loved her children very much. when josh was eight, bobby archer came into their lives, and, to wrap it up very quickly indeed, he was a right twat; his passions in life happened to be drinking and smoking their money away, and he was lazy and rather nasty to boot. but he was charismatic and exciting and ruth fell for him and fell pregnant with will when josh was eight, and lara when josh was twelve. bobby came and went as he pleased, and will adored josh but tended to be boisterous, and ruth was struggling very much indeed, and lara grew up very lonely. josh, although always seen as a bit of a 'golden' boy - clever, a born leader, strong, practical, handsome - fell into drinking and hanging around with a little gang and shoplifting and staying out all night. at hogwarts he was slightly better, but at home he always got worse, faced with a mother whom he loved so terribly being so lonely and consumed by self-hatred, and his complete arse of a step-dad, and his two younger siblings. eventually he pulled his socks up around fifth year and ended up getting terribly good grades, and making his mum proud. soon after he left hogwarts, he made a stand against bobby and sent him away from the family. and then, everything changed for josh - he left the country. went away to america. he had to get away, to clear his head, to start off somewhere else. this clearing of his head took rather longer than expected, however, because he's been gone for eight years, contacting only his mother. now that he's home, quite a lot has changed; his mother and sister are living with his mother's rich, overbearing, jovial new squeeze, samuel hawes, and his brother, will, has been kicked out and is refusing to see any of them except for lara. needless to say, will has most certainly not welcomed josh back with open arms. if you took this character, you'd have tons of drama and sibling relationships being fixed and all other heart-shattering things!! plus, you'd get CHRIS EVANS' face, as he's the fellow up there, our preferred face claim. anyways, to round it up, josh has been through quite a lot, but he's a strong, brave, tough, clever guy, a born leader and a real survivor. as for the openish job, i'd prefer him to have started in the ministry, but yeah. whatever works!
if you want either of these characters please post here or pm me!! seb's account would probably be best as i'm most frequently on it. if you can't make the character right away, but you're tempted, i'm happy to let you reserve the character for a while! i'd also suggest if you wanted to take one of these characters to talk to Karina Bass (in eleanor's case, as eleanor is cousins with brooke's character vera) and ELLIE (playing the fabulous, gorgeous lara, josh's sister) to make sure that everything is hunky-dory with them about how you want to play out the character etc!
