FRIENDS: kai has slowly started to open up during his years at hogwarts. he's not really as suspicious as he was back when he first came. he's made a decent amount of friends, mostly in his own house. sometimes, he may even take the initiative to make friends (gasp!) but he's still a bit of a shy boy so it's not too often that he'll just come up to you and chat. ENEMIES: he doesn't hesitate to go up against bullies because that's something he's experienced (although not in a school context) and he doesn't like it. he usually forgets he has magic when he gets into a fight, which usually surprises people. he's got a mean swing and he's not afraid to use it. any enemy of his friends' is an enemy of his. LOVELIFE: girls have cooties. (except possibly maddy ashcroft.) FRIENDS: thanks to her brilliant smile and open face, vee has a fair number of these. she's usually easy to talk to - unless she's pissed off, or more particularly, you pissed her off. she sometimes starts the conversation, but a lot of the time she just stays out of people's way. but really, dude, that smile. it just sucks people in to thinking she's nice. ENEMIES: but the thing is, vee's not always nice. she's a spoiled little pureblood so she obvs has to get her way. she has a bit of a condescending manner, but mostly over those who are poorer than her, regardless of blood. she can be a bit two-faced at times, making you believe that she might actually not mind your existence, but deep inside, she's cursing you. but she usually won't actually curse you until you give her cause to. she hates people who make her mad, and she especially hates people who don't take her seriously when she's mad. LOVELIFE: she's completely innocent when it comes to boys. she distrusts a lot of 'bad boys' because she's heard way too many girls crying about them. maybe she's shared an awkward, fleeting kiss with a boy sometime lately or in the near future? FRIENDS: this guy is really friendly, up for anything, chill, fun-loving - this guy is cool, basically. he's friendly enough to make first contact and first word and he's got this persona that he's just fun to talk to, so he has lots and lots of friends (also because he's a quidditch player and pretty good at it, too). he doesn't hold grudges and he's just such a personality. he's not like hyper or anything like that - he's just full of solid energy. ENEMIES: people who hate on the ravenclaw quidditch team, probably. and on his pretty-ness, because he can be a bit cocky at times because he knows he's got quite the face. and it doesn't help that girls like talking to him because he's so relaxed and shit. FRIENDS: he probs has a lot of these as he's always been a chatty boy and very friendly. he also tries to maintain friendly relationships with his younger brother's friends. he's a bit shy at first, but once you got to know him, he can be a complete chatterbox. he's the studious type, though, so don't expect to see him at parties. ENEMIES: maybe some house-rivalries? or anyone who doesn't like the fact that he's smart? he's quick to forgive, although not as fast to forget. also, any enemies of his little brother are his enemies. LOVELIFE: he's never fallen in love. he might be open to some flirts, maybe a relationship, but don't expect him to fall in love, because he has never forgotten his biggest life lesson: don't fall in love, you'll only get hurt. FRIENDS: people like elly because she feels solid, always there, dependable, immovable (in a good way). she's reserved and quiet, and she doesn't go out of her way to make conversation, even among her friends. she likes reading and studying, but she's up for a walk or a swim or a conversation. she's a good listener, i suppose; she doesn't say much, but when she does, it's meaningful and from her heart. she's easy to smile and not quick to anger. ENEMIES: she can be a bit quirky, so anyone who like only the straight and narrow won't really appreciate her. she has a penchant for darker things, but not because of the power or anything like that. she's just a curious little soul who likes learning about all things. also, anyone who happens to hate the 'flimsy' arts of star-gazing and fortune-telling are not going to get along with her. LOVELIFE: she's had maybe four or five boyfriends in her time at hogwarts, although she's currently single. she likes boys, but she likes them smart and interesting, not flirty and boring. she'd prefer someone she can talk to about things she finds interesting, who's more interested in holding a conversation than snogging. she likes her boys proper gentlemen. she's always been treated like a princess and a proper lady by her dad, she won't go for bad boys, thank you. FRIENDS: open to new ones, bit touchy on old ones. she's had a tough last couple of years and she knows she's gotten quite the rep, hence she's not too keen on catching up with just anyone she knew before because she hates their pity or "i understand what you're going through". LOVELIFE: completely clean slate. she has loved and lost, so she's very wary now of who to love. she's afraid they'll hurt her, but she's even more afraid that she'll hurt them. she doesn't do one night stands anymore, or random flings - there's nothing casual about her left. FRIENDS: he doesn't keep company these days, keeping mostly to himself and his job. he's gone boring, as his brother and cousin would say, but to be honest, he just doesn't care. he's nothing more than a drunk at a party, so he doesn't get invited out much any more. and he's not really fussed. ENEMIES: he has a lot of these from hogwarts years, and if somehow he comes across them in diagon alley or hogsmeade, he'd give them the cold shoulder and pretend they simply didn't exist. as for these days, he's a bit too much of a shut-in to make more enemies. LOVELIFE: he's sorta still pining over one ms weasley (or rather, doesn't want to let go, really), so that's a nada. you're welcome to try and seduce him, he might play for a little while, and then there'd be a weird, stricken look and he'll dash out of there lke a bat out of hell. basically, kaycee o'malley is just no fun these days. FRIENDS: although selene's a bit of a grump, she's not actually terribly mean. so really, she'll probs have a fair number of friends, but only a few really close ones. she doesn't mind starting the conversation, but it'd usually be something sarcastic or blunt or something. it's just not the usual tete-a-tete with this girl. ENEMIES: probably a fair bit, to be honest. selene likes to play practical jokes on people. if not that, then her grumpiness and truthfulness sometimes alienate her from people. but it's usually the practical jokes. i'm sure there are some serious stick-in-the-muds out there who absolutely abhor selene and her siblings. FRIENDS: oh my goodness, this boy is completely open - it's like he wears his heart on his sleeve. he bounces from one place to another, filling up the room with warmth like sunshine. he loves loves loves to talk and chat and laugh and this guy is the one to go to if you need a pick-me-up. ex-hufflepuff. ENEMIES: probably has one-sided enemies - those who dislike him. due to his hair, his music, his sexuality, his personality, whatever. he avoids them if he knows they don't like him, because really, who wants to put clouds up against the sun? he sure as hell doesn't. he doesn't need their negativity, and frankly, he doesn't care for it. (although it does hurt when people tease him about his makeup and hair and being girly, he just doesn't worry himself over it.) LOVELIFE: he's completely open to try anything and everything. he's a little cautious at first, because the problem of the famous is that they need to be careful who they date. leon doesn't want to be someone's means for their fifteen minutes of fame. he's willing to love completely, but he'll first have to trust you. he's open for both men and women, because that's just how he rolls. he believes that love can be found in any place, and any gender. FRIENDS: tobias has always been a quiet boy, the quiet one in the rowdy bunch. he's always been pulled by the current of his friends, who are well-meaning but also slightly reckless (how they got into ravenclaw, tobias is not quite sure). he's still a bit shy, but he can continue a conversation and even try to be friendly if he sees you're genuinely wanting to be friends with him. ENEMIES: he doesn't have a lot of these himself, per se, but as he's been dragged in with his friends, usually any enemies of the other boys target him as well. otherwise, personally, he's just much too quiet for anyone to hate. LOVELIFE: he likes them serious. he's had two or three relationships that have lasted for about a year or more each, but right now he's just chilling, relaxing, taking each day as it comes. he's not /looking/ for love, he's waiting for it to come and plop down on his lap. he may also wish, deep down in his locked little heart, that he has some contact with this beautiful blonde girl from the charity ball he attended three years ago.
